Temporary installation in frame of the Night of Museums in Warsaw_ May 16_2009
The installation commissioned by Red Bull was planned to help in establishing the energy drink producer as contemporary art sponsor during the May event of The Night of Museums. Short time given for planning and production (5 weeks) influenced the initial choice of balloon technology. It’s form was strictly inspired by plastic nets used for fruit storage. The tubular structure of the installation can be fulfilled with transparent plastic sheets to make it a rain-resistant art pavilion. The structure contains LED lighting.
